Terms of Reservation
Cancellation: Refunds will not be given if the flight is cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled departure. 50% cancellation fee for flights cancelled more than 12 hours but less than 48 hours from scheduled departure. No cancellation fee for flights cancelled 48 or more hours prior to the scheduled departure. Refunds are not given if you do not call to cancel your flight or do not show up for our flight. HFS will notify passengers as soon as possible if there is a weather cancellation. In the case of a cancellation beyond HFS control, Discounts and/or refunds will not be rewarded once the flight is completed. A 3.5% fee of the entire flight cost will be charged for cancelling plus a minimum processing fee of $50.
Wait time: 15 Minutes of wait are included in all round trip flights. Fee for wait time is $1000 per hour pro rata for up to 8 hours of wait time. Two round trips will be charged when there is no wait time.
Additional Fees: Should the Client or any of its passengers fail to arrive for the check-in time, the Client shall be liable to pay any costs and expenses that arise from and incidental to the delay, and the Client shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HFS and the HFS Indemnified Parties for any such costs and expenses. Such costs may include but are not limited to, additional Flight Time on a pro rata per hour basis, additional airport charges, and other (e.g., parking fees, etc.), as well as costs in relation to additional crew and pilot expenses as a result of any such delay. 3.5% of the purchases made with a credit card will be applied to the Charter estimate.
